The resort project will be a unique addition to the fast growing tourism development of Coron, making it a future destination for tourists and nature loving guests from different parts of the world looking for an unforgettable ecological experience. It will offer luxury amenities and service that promote the well being of the natural habitat and enhance awareness of the importance of preserving of the rich ecology.
Manlalara will house the main eco-resort, having most of the resort amenities and services and the remaining 3 islands with a total area of 4 hectares will be developed for those who what to enjoy the privacy of an entire island. The natural beauty of the islands would be preserved. Structures would be built to blend with the natural environment.
A hotel type structure is planned to be built. Premier villas would be located around the hotel. A club house is planned to accommodate restaurants and other guest services. A mountain trail will be developed for nature lovers. A boat dock would be built in the other side of the peninsula for those who want to travel to the islands with their yachts.
